Michael E. Morrison (Co-Founder). Mr. Morrison has an extensive track record as a highly successful entrepreneur in both the financial and entertainment sectors. In addition to Wanduta, Mr. Morrison founded Riker Hill Entertainment Group (with its subsidiaries Riker Hill Records and Riker Hill Publishing) and AM/FM Films. Prior to his entertainment endeavors, Mr. Morrison was the founder and CEO of LifeSpring, a structured finance company that generated over $2.5 billion in tradable life insurance assets. Mr. Morrison later founded Caledon Financial Partners, a niche New York based advisory firm focused on specialized insurance products. Mr. Morrison began his career as an attorney with The Law Offices of Michael B. Wolk. Mr. Morrison received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and his BA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Morrison currently resides in suburban New Jersey with his wife and daughter.

Jason N. Gershwin (Co-Founder). Mr. Gershwin is an accomplished business and legal professional with a broad range of expertise in a number of industries, including real estate, sports, music and entertainment, life settlements and premium finance. Mr. Gershwin currently serves as Vice President at Alternative Capital Partners (ACP), a New York based financial services firm with experience in structuring complex financial transactions on behalf of its clients, and is a founder and Principal at Caledon Financial Partners, a niche New York based advisory firm focused on specialized insurance products. Prior to joining ACP, Mr. Gershwin was a Vice President of Westminster Communities and Acting General Counsel of Kushner Companies. Mr. Gershwin has also served as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in the firm’s Private Equity Group Mr. Gershwin received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.B.A, magna cum laude, from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Mr. Gershwin currently resides in New York City with his wife and twin sons.

Peter Rossi(Co-Founder) Mr. Rossi currently works as a lawyer at a boutique litigation firm in Manhattan. Mr. Rossi began his career in Russia selling advertising time for the CBS Evening News broadcast in Moscow, and was part of a team that developed and managed an advertising campaign for Ernst & Young in the former Soviet Union. Upon returning to the United States, Mr. Rossi wrote and produced a television pilot for the start-up cable network PrimeLife and worked on the development of a documentary of the Cold War. Mr. Rossi received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and his BA from Bucknell University. Mr. Rossi currently resides in New York City with his wife and two sons.

Jenni Schwartz (Creative Director). Mrs. Schwartz owns a small design studio, Jenni Schwartz Design, specializing in branding and web design for a variety of industries. Her client list includes Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, The Metropolitan Opera and many small businesses and start-ups. Prior to opening up her own shop, she worked as a graphic designer for The National Hockey League, Major League Baseball and The Financial Times. Mrs. Schwartz received her B.F.A., cum laude, from the University of Michigan, School of Art and Design and her M.A., magna cum laude, from CUNY City College. Mrs. Schwartz currently resides on Bleecker Street, above New York City’s oldest rock club, The Bitter End, with her husband.

Stephen T. Sprague (Northeast Regional Director, Partner-Wanduta Management Division) Mr. Sprague currently works full-time with Wanduta, focusing on the continued development of Wanduta and Wanduta Artist Management both regionally and nationally. Mr. Sprague started his career on a different path, with The Walt Disney Company in the hospitality management division. Crossing over into the music and entertainment field, Mr. Sprague has worked with acts both large and small and endeavors to bring artist sustainability and a next-generation process of management and modeling to the music industry and help to create a true fusion of fun, business and future to the music industry. Mr. Sprague received his B.A. from the University of Central Florida and currently resides just outside Boston, MA.

Steven Van Praagh (Chief Technology Officer) Steven is a business communications and Internet entrepreneur with fifteen years experience in business development. Steven had built and sold several Internet businesses, and applies his hands-on experience in branding, web 2.0 software development, web standards, and e-commerce to the building and successful growth of Wanduta. Steven is an active cyclist, golfer, tennis player, photographer, skier, youth sports coach, and father of two daughters. Steven has a BA in Communications from Adelphi University.
